Last sunday was the Lunar New Year, most commonly referred to as Chinese New Year's I guess, but I'm not chinese. Usually every year, we go to some buddhist temple for the festivities and such, but seeing as how this year would be different (thanks to a divorce) , I decided to participate in Lion Dancing at a local temple. It was a fun experience and also my first time. While I was at the temple I took a couple pictures as well. Iwould've rather spent the New Year with family but shit happens I guess although I'm glad I got to contribute to the community.
